Ladies, Hats and More is here to serve our customers in the best way we can. However, right now, we are only selling and shipping domestically. The shipping cost is included in the total of each item purchased.

Once your item is released to carrier services, Ladies Hats and More will not be responsible for the package's arrival time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Ladies Hats and More inspects all items before shipping them out to our customers. Our customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We reserve the right to offer exchanges depending on our available inventory. All returns must be in the same condition as it was when sent. Please email us in regards to exchanges.

Masks are not exchangeable.

All return items must be returned to us within 7 business days to be eligible for exchanges.
